Notice regarding transfer of Kashiwara Factory operations

Promoting collaboration within the heat treatment industry as part of "selection and concentration"

The transfer of operations of our Kashiwara Factory to Kyoritsu Heat Techno Co., Ltd. was reported in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
The transfer took place on March 21, 2019.

In response to the trend of outsourcing heat treatment processes among automobile-related manufacturers, we have decided to transfer some of our heat treatment functions as we promote "selection and concentration" in our own business. We aim to make this collaboration, the first of its kind in the heat treatment industry, a success and to continue to develop the entire industry.
