Our efforts to develop global human resources have been published in the 2023 Manufacturing White Paper, compiled by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

In parallel with our long-standing human resource development activities, we have introduced a global human resource development program.

In the "2023 Edition Manufacturing White Paper," the company writes about its long-standing focus on securing and developing human resources, and how this has led to the realization of advanced technology. In addition, the company also includes a column introducing its "Global Human Resources Development Program" to nurture the next generation of leaders, and the training center it opened in Thailand to train heat treatment engineers.
