The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's website introduces the on-site lessons as an example of an initiative by the Japan Metal Heat Treatment Industry Association and the Western Metal Heat Treatment Industry Cooperative Association to secure human resources.

The Western Metal Heat Treatment Industry Cooperative Association's Attractiveness Improvement Committee, of which our company president is a member, provides on-site lectures to students at technical high schools and colleges of technology in order to contribute to raising awareness and the status of the metal heat treatment industry, where securing talented personnel is a major challenge.
