Registered as a “Men and Women Ikiiki Plus” business operator in Osaka Prefecture

We have been awarded the "Men and Women Vibrant and Healthy Declaration" business registration system implemented by Osaka Prefecture on December 15, 2019. This is a higher-level certification than the "Men and Women Vibrant and Healthy Declaration" we received in February last year.

The "Vibrant and Healthy Men and Women Declaration" is a system that registers businesses that are eager to promote initiatives that enable both men and women to work with enthusiasm, such as "utilizing women's abilities" and "supporting work-life balance." The "Vibrant Men and Women Plus" program for which our company has been certified is the next step in certifying companies and organizations that have formulated "general employer action plans" based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and have implemented the "publication of information that contributes to women's career choices."
